How soon do you ship out?

We usually ship out in 1 working day. In rare cases we ship out in 2 working days

What is the mode of shipment

For orders worth US$ 59 or below we ship out through a registered post office parcel. You will receive it from your post office.
For orders above US$ 59 we ship out using express courier service

Are there additional shipping charges?

There are no additional shipping charges. We have a free shipping policy.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes you will get a tracking number no matter what your order amount is. The tracking number will help you track/trace your order.

How soon will I get an email confirming my order?

After successfully receiving your payment you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receiving a processing email within 1 working day. Finally you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

I made a mistake while ordering, can I change an item?

Yes you can if the order value remains the same. However because we ship out in 1 business day, we urge you to email us as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped out there is no way we can change the order.

I want to add some more items to my order, is this possible?

Yes it is possible, simply purchase the new items from our website. However to take advantage of express shopping you should make the new purchase before we ship out the original order. If we see more than one order for a customer, we automatically consolidate it into one parcel and ship out.
