1. We take returns only for items bought from this website
2. Item must be in original unused condition with all original packaging, boxes and labels
3. Returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the item, the proof for the same should be emailed to us. You can email us using our contact form. Please remember to include all relevant information especially your order number on the return parcel and your email to make it easy for us during refund
4. You need to bear the return shipping cost
5. You bear responsibility for the goods until it reaches us. We are not responsible for returns items lost or gone missing in transit
6. Items which were specially ordered or customized cannot be refunded or exchanged
7. If all conditions are met, the refund will be made the same mode you used for making your purchase
8. The shipping charges will be deducted from the purchase amount and balance will be refunded
9. If the item has a manufacturing defect then you will not be charged the shipping and replacement charges. We will bear those charges
10. Refunds will be issued within 7 days from receipt of the return item
